Connection Issue Has Been Noticed
Greetings Sinmeowgra Players, this announcement were made to inform you that currently our provider got an issue about RTO (Request Time Out) within playing in the server. With also including: the impact given, the cause, and more clarification about this noticed issue.
⚠️The impact into gameplay:
While playing in the server you might feel your cast time or time between casting skills were delayed, this because the server had a RTO issue at certain time

⚠️What are the cause?
Our provider used OpenIXP to share connection from server to all players/wow client. Before going into OpenIXP, we have Telkom as the main source to pass the connection. From Telkom, forwarded to the OpenIXP (at least that is what i understand overall) and this connection from Telkom sometimes it will get into trouble. As our provider's statement:

So at the meantime, we cant do anything regarding this issue due to the problem lies with Telkom. We intend to make a smooth gameplay for you, please be patient for a while regarding this issue, we will keep trying other possibilites to resolve this while also keep an eye to the OpenIXP problem. Maybe one day Telkom will fix this issue.
