The Problem:
After wipe, Lord Jaraxxus model is chained (pacify). But still can be attacked
How it should work:
Lord Jaraxxus can't be attack or attacked untill we talk to the npc again
How to reproduce:
Wipe on jaraxxus and see your cursor or spell, it can be attacked
