The Problem:
Argent Gruntling/Argent Squire should be able to open a bank/shop/etc

Yes. This is valid on both faction Argent Grunt/Squire.

Fix have been found but not implemented yet to main server.

State gossip and function on Argent Squire / Argent Grunt is now working normally.

Gossip on this Companion has been improved and acts likely same as Bizzlike.

The cooldown after selecting the menu is expected to be lower.
