The Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain bug?

The Problem:

there is no follow up quest after the might of kalimdor
How it should work:

after finishing https://wotlk.evowow.com/?quest=8742 and got the scepter, next quest is https://wotlk.evowow.com/?quest=8743 from scarab gong
How to reproduce:

do The Scepter of the Shifting Sands chain till might of kalimdor quest (or get the scepter https://wotlk.evowow.com/?item=21175) and go to scarab gong in ruins of ahn'qiraj (the scarab dais) silithus
Character the bug occured on:
jengkol

As Further Investigation, turns out the following Quest is removed from the patch: 3.2.0
As the Server serve a 3.3.5a version, it is automatically not available.
