The Problem:
In Icecrown Citadel (ICC), cross-faction issues affect multiple NPCs and boss encounters. If the Raid Leader (RL) is Horde and some raid members are Alliance, the instance becomes Horde-based. This leads to several problems:

-Horde NPCs will attack Alliance players, including non-boss NPCs at the start of ICC and the adds before boarding the gunship.
-Alliance raid members are attacked by Horde gunship NPCs and cannot attack their own faction's (Alliance) gunship.
-Adds before the Gunship Battle can only be attacked by the opposing faction. Horde players can only attack -Alliance adds, while Alliance raid members can only attack Horde adds.
-After a raid wipe during the Gunship Battle, the adds and the health of the Alliance gunship (if the RL is Horde) do not reset properly. Despite using .creators, the adds remain, and the encounter does not reset.
-When Alliance players attempt to attack Deathbringer Saurfang, the encounter instantly resets, making it impossible for the Alliance members to participate in the fight.

How it should work:
When the Raid Leader is Horde, Alliance players should be disguised as Horde, preventing them from being attacked by Horde NPCs and allowing them to properly engage with all NPCs, adds, and bosses. All raid members should be able to attack both factions' adds during the Gunship encounter. The Deathbringer Saurfang encounter should not reset when attacked by Alliance players, and the encounter should reset properly after a wipe, with adds and gunship health fully restored.

How to reproduce:
-Create a raid with a Horde Raid Leader and Alliance members.
-Enter ICC and observe how Alliance players are attacked by Horde NPCs at the start.
-Engage the adds before the Gunship Battle and observe how Horde players can only attack Alliance adds, and vice versa.
-Start the Gunship Battle encounter, then wipe the raid.
-Observe how the adds and health of the Alliance gunship do not reset, and Alliance players are still attacked by Horde NPCs.
-Attempt to engage Deathbringer Saurfang as an Alliance player and observe how the encounter instantly resets.
