The Problem: the 2 pcs set did not increase the DnD damage as should be (its even lower than not use the tier). on the tooltip the damage increase, but in reality no damage differences.
in the video, i compare using the t9 245 gear VS upgrade 2 pcs to 251, the dnd damage is lower

How it should work: the DnD damage increase by 20%

How to reproduce: any dk char, use full gear.. switch between the 2 set and non set with similar ilvl and stats

Character the bug occured on: clarius

Fyi, in your provided video while casting Death and Decay you have the Horn of Winter buff active and few seconds after changing set and cast Death and Decay again, the buff is gone.

I also tried to reproduce it with more better comparison, with and without 2 set armor to see if the dmg does not change. Still Cannot reproduce the issue which you can see in the video.

Death and Decay most likely gain damage bonus from current DK's Stats.

Hi thanks for the testing. on your video attached here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0d5JiVVhcPI

it shows the char not using eq VS using 2 t10

the first dnd damage is 99 with the character's stat 588 attack power

VS

the second dnd damage is 140 with the character's stat 1126

How can you be sure the damage increase is the result of the tier, not the increasing attack power (or stat) as you mention, it also increases by the stats, not only the tier

attached is another video that tries to recreate the condition. the first try does not use t10, with 2004 atp, and the second one uses t10 with 2062 atp.

resulting in an increase from 173 per tick to 190.. doesn't look like 20% to me (also, the t10 test has 50 more attack power that increases the damage by itself)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1u5HDUgvVQ

also, please check the detailed results. the increase is too micro it didn't affect the damage in the long run at all

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cOGgM840_7fgS2wkfsLY3zrQZmXbUE39/view?usp=sharing

please kindly re-check

Another test: I'm trying your method of testing (using no gear vs using two pcs of gear) and comparing their dnd.

kindly check my other video at

https://youtu.be/imSPzGNE-Ms

the first test does not use gear at all, with 693 attack power. DnD is 104

test number 2 uses 2 pieces of t9 gear (no effect to dnd damage) with 1488 attack power, DnD is 146

so, even without t10, if you add 2 pcs of gear, which results in increased attack power, dnd damage will increase. Still not proving that T10 is working as intended

simple, the aura is applied to the character when equiping it.

Did the aura applied work as intended? or maybe it only increase 20% of the base dmg of dnd from 70 to 84? so... 14 points of increased damage?

Also, you can either check this testing:

The item tier set was applied wihout any additional stats from any items.

okay, the newest video indicates the set is increasing the damage in the no stat multiplier condition. The question is the 20% scaling with the stat and gear? or only applicable to the base damage?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfn3h7O6QTA

another test. both use full gear, and both have similar stat around 3k attack power

The first test without t10 resulted in 315 damage with 3052 atp

The second test with t10 resulted in 337 damage with 3072 atp

which shows that:

YES, the aura applied

YES, the dnd damage increase

but the damage is only towards the base damage.

in your test video, with no gear, the dnd increased from 99 to 112 (13 damage increase)

with full gear 3000 atp, the dnd increased from 315 to 337 (22 damage increase with 20 more attack power)

while 99 to 112 is around a 13% increase

315 to 337 is around a 7% increase

notes number 1, both your test and mine shows the aura did not increase 20% damage

notes number 2, our test shows the more gear you have or use, the less damage it increases (not scaling with other stat)

Also, if applicable, you can compare it with other class tank t10 sets that are working properly.

Say an example is the paladin tank t10 2 set. it increases 20% the dmg of the hammer of righteous

with no/less gear, it increases by around 19%

with full gear, it still increases by around 19%

works properly

Changing this to Investigation, tho its not "DK tank T10 2 sets not working" now because we know the aura is applied, the damage were increased too but yet not in a proper way.

anyway thanks for some working example.

So it is now marked as Confirmed.

And a solution has been applied, but it is not yet applied to the live server and must be waiting until the next core update maintenance along with other things.

Here is the finalization or summary of the fix:
incase the img wont load, visit: https://prnt.sc/WWMs3R6Walpy

The Damage Will Increase Stacking as my analysis like this:
T10P2 Only:
Origin + (Origin x 20%) = T10P2 | Final Damage
Glyph Only:
Origin + (Origin x 20%) = Glyph | Final Damage
T10P2 + Glyph:
Origin + T10P2 + (T10P2 x 20%) = Final Damage

To be noted that Origin damage is calculated thru Character Stats (Every Changes to the stats takes effect).
