The Problem:
the Cooldown reduction on Rogue's talent, Camouflage, seems bugged. The icon show it as if the skill (Stealth) is usable (the cooldown reduction is counted), but when i press the skill, its unusable, and only can be used again after normal cooldown duration of Stealth (no cooldown reduction counted)

How it should work:
3/3 points on Camouflage talent should make the cooldown of Stealth to be reduced by 6 seconds

How to reproduce:
put 3/3 points on Camouflage talent located in the Subtlety Tree, use Stealth, remove the Stealth buff, and check the Stealth icon on skill bar. When it ready to be used again, just press it

Confirmed, this might be have a relation for the past issue from DK's Pet spell.

Will look into it, and this might be effect all passive/talent with CD Reduction.
