Vile Spirits Do Not Hover or Explode Upon Summon in Lich King Encounter

The Problem:
During the Lich King encounter, when Vile Spirits are summoned, they immediately target players instead of floating above the platform as they should. Additionally, the spirits fail to trigger explosions upon contact with players, resulting in a simplified phase that bypasses the intended difficulty of handling the Vile Spirits.

How It Should Work:
The Vile Spirits should hover in place for several seconds after being summoned by the Lich King. Once they descend, they should move toward the raid, allowing the designated tank or players with defensive cooldowns (e.g., Dispersion or Divine Shield) to intercept them, triggering controlled explosions. This mechanic creates additional strategic challenges in positioning and timing, as the raid must avoid the spirits while maintaining DPS and healing.

How to Reproduce:

Enter the Lich King encounter and progress to Phase 3.
Wait for the Lich King to cast Summon Vile Spirits.
Observe that the Vile Spirits immediately aggro players upon spawn without hovering and do not explode upon reaching players.

The fix is temporary and will be monitored.

A Hard Scripting Is Applied For The Vile Spirit.

Upon spawning, Vile Spirit will not taking any aggro at all until specific timer is called (est 11-12s after the summoning of each one).

After the specific timer is triggered, it will randomly select targets to be chased and will explode if Vile Spirit make contact/in-range within the target.

Vile Spirit is also will roam nearby, adjustment to roam nearby radius will be investigated further.

Other Reports given via DM/Specific Channel that has been Fix regarding Lich King Encounter:

- Shambling Horror now has Animation upon spawning, giving time for specific tank to prepare an aggro. Upon the animation on going, Shambling is unable to be attacked to maximize it's spawning animation.
